First 4 Hours

Do Not Massage or Rub: Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated areas. This prevents the injected protein from spreading to adjacent muscles, avoiding side effects like drooping eyelids.

Stay Upright: Do not lie down flat, bend over, or perform strenuous physical activity for at least 4 hours after your injections. Keep your head elevated.

Avoid Pressure: Avoid wearing tight hats, headbands, or sleeping directly on your face immediately following treatment.
First 24–48 Hours

Avoid Vigorous Exercise: Do not perform intense cardiovascular exercise or heavy lifting for 24 hours. Increased blood circulation can disperse the product and cause bruising.

Avoid Heat Sources: Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, hot baths, and direct sun exposure. High temperatures can increase blood flow to the face.

Avoid Alcohol & Blood Thinners: Refrain from consuming alcohol for 24 hours post-treatment. Avoid aspirin or ibuprofen if possible (paracetamol is fine) to minimize the risk of bruising at injection sites.
