Restore Volume & Softens Creases

Dermal fillers are gel-like substances injected beneath the skin to restore lost volume, lift tissues, smooth creases, and refine facial contours. As we age, our bodies naturally lose collagen and fat, leading to facial sagging and hollows.

We use premium fillers formulated with Hyaluronic Acid (a sugar molecule naturally occurring in your body that binds water). Dermal fillers integrate seamlessly, hydrating tissues and restoring volume to create a smooth, youthful shape.

The Dental Aesthetics Advantage

Our dentists' everyday clinical expertise revolves around the intricate anatomy of the mouth, jaw, and face. Because they deliver precise local injections daily, they are exceptionally skilled at ensuring maximum comfort and creating natural facial symmetry.

  • Instant Lift & Contour

Results are visible immediately, allowing you to see the volume change and symmetry check before leaving.

  • Fully Reversible

Because our fillers are made of Hyaluronic Acid, they can be safely dissolved using an enzyme if ever desired.

  • Comfortable Injection

We use topical numbing creams or dental anaesthetic blocks, and our filler gels contain lidocaine to keep you comfortable.

  • Natural proportioning

We focus on enhancement that respects your anatomy, avoiding over-filled or "duck-like" looks.

Target Areas

Popular Filler Treatments

Lip Enhancement

Cheek Volumisation

Restores youthfulness to flat or hollowed cheeks, lifting the mid-face area and reducing the appearance of sagging skin.

Nasolabial Folds

Smoothes the deep "smile lines" running from the outer edges of the nose to the corners of the mouth, softening facial shadows.

Marionette Lines

Fills the vertical lines extending downward from the mouth corners, correcting a downturned mouth shape and giving a rested look.

Jawline & Chin Sculpting

Defines a weak jawline, sharpens the chin projection, and refines your profile silhouette for improved facial balance.

Under-Eye Tear Troughs

Hollows beneath the eyes are filled to reduce dark circles and tired shadows, instantly brightening the face.

Simple Journey

Your Treatment Stages

Your safety and satisfaction are our priorities. Here is what you can expect during your treatment.

1. Consultation & Plan

Your dentist performs a detailed facial analysis, reviews your health history, discusses your aesthetic goals, and suggests the correct filler densities.

We apply a prescription numbing cream (or perform a dental block for lips). The dentist then injects the filler gel using micro-needles or a smooth cannula.

3

3. Massage & Reveal

Aesthetics Advice

Dermal Filler Aftercare Guide

First 24 Hours

  • Do Not Touch or Massage: Do not touch, rub, or massage the treated areas. Massaging can alter the distribution of the gel before it has integrated into the tissue.
  • No Makeup: Avoid applying makeup, lipsticks, or skin products to the treated area for 24 hours to prevent introducing bacteria to the injection sites.
  • Avoid Alcohol: Refrain from drinking alcohol for 24 hours. Alcohol thins the blood and can significantly increase bruising at the injection sites.

First 48 Hours & Swelling

  • Avoid Strenuous Exercise: Rest for 24 to 48 hours. Avoid intense cardiovascular activity or heavy lifting, which raises blood pressure and worsens swelling.
  • Avoid Excessive Heat: Stay away from saunas, steam rooms, hot showers, and direct sun exposure. High heat increases swelling in the treated areas.
  • Apply Cold Compresses: Swelling and bruising are normal and settle in 2-5 days. Gently apply a cold compress or clean ice pack (10 mins on, 10 mins off) to reduce swelling. Sleep with your head elevated.
Common Questions

Facial & Lip Fillers FAQs

Do dermal filler injections hurt?
We take comfort seriously. We apply a strong prescription numbing cream before the procedure. For lips (which are highly sensitive), we can perform a local anaesthetic dental block to make your lips completely numb. Our premium filler gels also contain lidocaine to numb the tissues internally as we inject. Most patients describe it as highly comfortable.
How long do facial fillers last?
Depending on the thickness of the gel used and where it is injected, fillers last between 6 to 18 months. Fillers in highly mobile areas like the lips naturally break down faster (usually 6 to 9 months), while fillers in cheeks, chin, or jawlines last longer (12 to 18 months). The body naturally breaks down and absorbs the Hyaluronic Acid over time.
Are dermal fillers reversible?
Yes. Because the dermal fillers we use are made of Hyaluronic Acid, they are completely reversible. If you are ever unhappy with your results or experience a rare complication, we can inject an enzyme called Hyaluronidase to safely and quickly dissolve the filler within 24 hours.
Will my lips look fake or over-filled?
No. Our dentists focus on restoring volume and creating beautiful, natural shape proportions. We carefully evaluate your lip anatomy and face shape, selecting the correct gel density and injecting in conservative amounts. We aim for a refreshed, hydrated, and subtle enhancement, avoiding the "duck-like" look.
What is the difference between Botox and Dermal Fillers?
Botox is a muscle relaxant injected into muscles to stop them from contracting, smoothing "dynamic" expression wrinkles (like forehead lines). Dermal Fillers are gel implants injected beneath the skin to add physical volume to areas that are hollow, thin, or creased (like lips, cheeks, or smile folds).
Is there any downtime after dermal fillers?
There is no major downtime; you can return to work and daily activities immediately. However, you should expect some mild redness, swelling, and potential bruising at the injection sites. This is a normal healing response that typically peaks within 24–48 hours and settles within 3–7 days. We recommend avoiding important events for 1 week after treatment.
